1. About this platform

Home Budget Manager ("the Platform") is a private family expense tracking service operated by Comweb Services at yrsmail.com. Access to the Platform is by invitation or approved registration only. By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Account registration

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• One account per household — each registration represents a single family unit
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Accounts are activated at the sole discretion of the administrator

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — tracking your household expenses. You must not:

• Share your login credentials with anyone outside your registered household
• Attempt to access another family's data or the administrator's account
• Use the Platform for any commercial, unlawful, or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the Platform
• Upload or enter content that is offensive, illegal, or harmful

4. Your data

All expense data you enter belongs to you. We do not access, analyse, or use your financial data for any purpose other than displaying it back to you within the Platform.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. The Platform is a tracking tool only — it does not provide financial advice.

5. Data exports and reports

The Platform allows you to export your expense data to Excel, CSV, PDF, or email it to a third party (such as an accountant). You are solely responsible for how you share and use exported data. Ensure any sharing complies with applicable data protection laws.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Account suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms and Conditions
• Has been inactive for more than 24 months
• Was created with false information
• Is involved in any security incident or suspicious activity

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting admin@yrsmail.com.

8. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, we are not liable for:

• Any loss of data due to technical failure
• Any financial decisions made based on data entered in the Platform
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform

We strongly recommend maintaining your own records and performing regular data exports.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify registered account holders of any material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
